Receiving orders

Please allow 2-3 weeks for some orders. As each piece is made by hand in the studio, the actual pieces may vary from each other as does production time. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Jewelry packaging

Each piece comes in a custom SC Created gift box with anti-tarnish strip and jewelry polishing cloth suitable for polishing gold and silver jewelry. The box can also be used to storage the jewelry item.

Ring size

The most accurate way to figure out your ring size is by visiting a jewelry store and have a professional measure the desired finger on which you are going to wear your ring. It is advisable to avoid measuring early in the morning or evening as fingers might be subjected to fluid changes or hot weather.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your recent purchase, feel free to return the item for a refund or exchange to a similar/ same priced item.

Repair

Every piece of jewelry made by SC Created is carefully designed and assembled, but as we are all humans, there is always a little room for error.
If you find any manufactural fault in your recently purchased item purchased through sccreated.com, you are most welcome to return the item for repair free of charge. Please note that jewelry tends to wear out with time, therefore this policy does not cover normal wear and tear.

International orders

We ship globally using FedEx International Priority, prices and shipping time vary depending on destination. Please note that any import duties, taxes or other country related charges are not included in the item price. These are all on the buyer´s responsibility. It is advised you contact your country´s customs office for any additional costs. Shipping within Finland is fulfilled by Posti and free for all orders.
