Return Policy
SC Created/ Terveyskulta Oy 1962023-4 manufactures and sells jewelry on this website, which includes 25.5% VAT.
SC Created has a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns do not apply to custom-made/custom-made jewelry.
Returns require that the product is in the same (new) condition as when received, has not been worn or worn, has not had any product tags removed, and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate a return by sending an email to info(at)sccreated.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products that are returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. Failure to pick up the products will also not entitle you to a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable products
Some products cannot be returned. These include special orders, such as custom-made or personalised jewellery. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Exchanges
You have the right to exchange the product for a product of the same price/type within 14 days of receiving your order.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason without giving a reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, has not been used or worn, has not had any tags removed, and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You will receive a notification from us when your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether we will accept your refund. Once your refund is accepted, your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and deposit it into your account.
